Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full at booking, you can cancel and receive a refund minus the deposit up to 30 days before your trip.

Your safety is our top priority. If unsafe weather or a boat malfunction occurs we'll reschedule or issue a full refund. Your captain monitors conditions closely and makes the final call as early as possible — typically the evening before or morning of your trip.
