Booking Policy

A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip.

Liability Waiver

We will be sending you an electronic waiver link before your charter. Please have everyone in your group fill one out.

Meet Up

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled trip. If the boat is not in the slip when you arrive, we may be refueling or returning from a previous trip. Rest assured, we'll be with you as soon as possible.

Change Policy

If you need to change the number of guests in your group, we will settle the difference on the day of the trip. If you need to change the date of your charter, please contact us.

Bad Weather/ Boat Malfunction

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or a boat malfunction, we will try our best to reschedule your trip. If we are unable to do so, we will refund your trip.

Cancellation Policy

After booking, you may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, your deposit is non- refundable. If you choose to pay the full amount at booking, you can cancel with a refund (- deposit) up to 30 days before your trip date.
