Sample Cruise Itinerary
1. Private Departure from Captain Anderson’s Marina
Family and guests will board the vessel at Capt. Anderson’s Marina in Panama City Beach, where our compassionate crew will welcome you aboard and review the brief outline of the service. You’ll begin your journey into the calm, open waters of the Gulf of America, allowing time for reflection, music, or quiet conversation.
2. Memorial Ceremony & Ash Scattering
Once a peaceful location is reached, the captain will stop the boat for the ceremony. You’ll have the opportunity to share words, prayers, music, or personal tributes. The ashes may then be scattered by a designated family member or the crew, with optional floating flowers or petals to mark the moment.
3. Moment of Reflection & Return
After the ceremony, the boat will remain in place briefly for final moments of reflection. The return cruise offers a quiet space for closure and togetherness. Upon arrival back at the marina, guests disembark at their own pace, concluding a heartfelt and respectful farewell at sea.

Booking Policy
Advance reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and time. A deposit is required to reserve your trip. The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter, payable by cash or card. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to weather or boat malfunction, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, you can cancel and receive a refund (minus the deposit) up to 30 days before your trip date.
Bad Weather/ Boat Malfunction
Your safety is our top priority. If unsafe weather or a boat malfunction occurs, we’ll do our best to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Captain Gary closely monitors the weather and sea conditions and will make the final call as early as possible—typically the evening before or morning of your trip. If conditions are uncertain, please stay in touch for updates.
Change Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation. Date changes requested within 48 hours of departure are subject to availability. If your group size changes, any cost differences will be settled on the day of your trip.
Meet Up Information
Please arrive at Captain Anderson’s Marina at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If the boat is not in the slip when you arrive, it may be refueling or returning from an earlier trip—rest assured, we’ll be with you shortly and ready to begin your adventure. Please note that late arrivals may shorten your cruise duration
